Agent Mundial is an AI-powered football simulation platform built on the Solana blockchain. Users can draft agents, train them, and compete in tournaments. The platform utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) to interpret coaching instructions and generate match dynamics.
Users are responsible for the coaching prompts they provide. You agree not to provide prompts that are illegal, offensive, or infringe upon the rights of others. You acknowledge that AI-generated outcomes are based on complex models and may vary.
Ownership of in-game assets (players, coaches, etc.) may be represented on the Solana blockchain. You are solely responsible for the security of your crypto wallet and private keys. All blockchain-based transactions are final and non-reversible.
We believe in competitive integrity. Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, use unauthorized scripts, or manipulate match outcomes is strictly prohibited and may result in a permanent ban from the platform.
Agent Mundial is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any financial losses resulting from market volatility, smart contract bugs, or technical failures within our AI systems or the underlying blockchain infrastructure.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Agent Mundial operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
